I was asked by a friend to make a very special and personalised card for her to give as a birthday card.
I made my favourite envelopey one, and inside I have put a tag with her age on, and a little silver cross, her name, her picture and a blank tag for a message





Since taking the pictures, I've added a tiny opening fan personalised with the two girls' names and the word 'friend'.




And a lovely little 'happy birthday' in delicate gold lettering on the front

    I asked karen my friend to make a lovely card for another lovely friend of mine and she chose this one for mairead's birthday... I loved it very much, Karen amanda your very clever.

The Princess in the Tower
This picture frame was a challenge set by my sister, and one that I didn't really think through properly before I started, and so ended up looking exactly like most of my things do. I'm told it called `having a style` but sometimes I bore myself silly! The little doors on the card do actually close, which is nice, but pointless if there's a picture inside :)
